The two of us are getting a wall mounted Heating plus Air Conditioning system for the good room
The two of us have decided that we’re going to have to buy a wall mounted Heating plus Air Conditioning component for the good room in our house.
The two of us have constantly had concerns with supplying heating plus cooling to this room.
I think it’s because it’s such a giant open area plus it’s also several plus a half stories high. It’s particularly tough for the furnace or the a/c to keep up with the heating plus cooling demand in that area of the lake house because the air just goes right out of that room into the rest of the house, but as a result, it’s never entirely comfortable in that room. It’s a wonderful room, with a giant wood burning fireplace plus entirely comfortable furniture. However, we hardly ever go in there to hang out as a family because in the winter, it’s just too chilly in there. And then in the summer, it’s even worse. The heat from the daylight shines in through the floor to ceiling windows plus it makes the a/c from our central cooling system system completely useless in that area of the house. The two of us have been trying to figure out what to do in that room, plus we knew that we didn’t want to run any more air duct in there because it would ruin the wonderful oak beamed ceilings. Our Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier told us that they would advocate installing something called a ductless mini chop a/c component in the good room. This is a wall mounted Heating plus Air Conditioning component that doesn’t need air ducts to provide heating plus cooling.
