My father is ready to sell some of his precious collection items

My father has regularly been a big collector of baseball cards, pigskin cards, comic books, in addition to other things of tremendous value! He has the most amazing collection in addition to he keeps everything in a special collection room that he has. He has all kinds of charming displays of some of his most valued collection items. He told myself and others a long time ago he invested in the right Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C device to keep everything in mint condition. He explained how it’s really essential to use a fine humidifier to keep the humidity levels just right; I l earned from him that if the humidity levels are too high, his collectors items could grow mold in addition to mildew which would ruin everything in addition to render them worthless. He said if the environment was overly dry, the cards in addition to comic books could really become destroyed that way as well, but so he keeps the ideal temperature control settings, humidity levels, in addition to all to keep everything preserved perfectly. He rarely lets anybody into that room, only people who he knows he can trust. He won’t even let some family members into his collection room.
