My crazy niece
Once in a blue moon when you try to do a nice thing for somebody who comes back to bite you in the rear end.
And this is undoubtedly the case for myself and others recently when I offered to watch my niece for my brother-in-law, then he was feeling undoubtedly overwhelmed after having spent the past three months indoors with my niece, and I knew that my brother-in-law just needed a day to take care of herself & unwind a bit.
I offered to watch my niece for the entire day so that my exhausting brother-in-law could go out & get his hair done, give herself a facial, & take a nap, and unfortunately, I wasn’t expecting my niece to be such a handful, from the moment he got into my beach house it seems care about he wanted to kill my indoor air handling device, above all else, even though the TV was on with his most beloved film playing, my niece was more interested in my control device & air vents. She consistently was trying to jump up & touch the control device that was installed far above his head. I also had caught him standing on a chair important to all of the buttons at a single time so that the air temperature control machine would make loud beeping sounds. At a few other points in the day I found his staring into the air vents with amazement. I thought that he was just surprised by the existence of central heating & cooling units, but it turns out that he was up to a lot more. After my niece left I noticed that my air quality was deteriorating. Eventually, I had a professional Heating & A/C appointment & found out that he had been shoving toys, Play-Doh, & paper into my air vents the entire time I was glancing at her.
