It’s difficult not to get sunburns with the sun intensity
Some people get only mild reactions to sunburns regardless of the duration of their exposure.
Others similar to myself get incredibly violent nerve pain that feels something like getting jabbed with sizzling grill skewers whenever my skin burns in the sunlight.
It can be a truly uncomfortable experience for three or more days if the sunburn is brutal enough. I was actually stubborn as a child as well as often refused to put on sunscreen. Even after numerous episodes of the terrible nerve pain, I was still reluctant to always use sunscreen when I was outdoors playing with buddies of mine. These days the sun intensity has only become a great deal worse in our region of the world. Although I wear sunscreen whenever I can now that I’m much older, sunburn is not my only concern while in Summer heat waves. This increase in sun intensity is making it more as well as more extravagant to run our cooling device while in the hot season. I used to keep the temperature under 73 degrees, but now I’m actually lucky if I can get it below 78 separate from the coil freezing over. I spoke to our Heating as well as A/C device specialist as well as she claims that our HVAC device is running at its absolute maximum capacity. Even if I decided to buy a new cooling system with a slightly higher SEER rating, she’s not convinced it would be enough to noticeably improve our indoor climate control experience. I have resigned myself to being comfortable with higher indoor temperatures through the years. If I have no other option but to accept our situation as well as the limitations of our central Heating as well as A/C device, then so be it.
