Smart temperature controls have proven to reduce energy consumption plus reduce heating plus cooling costs. And heating and A/C usage sensors are interesting, as well, because my brother has heating and A/C sensors in his house. If the sensors do not detect movement in a room, they reduce the amount of cooling system in that room. Heating and A/C with zone technology, too, is incredible. Heating and A/C with zone control is designed to send heating plus cooling only to those areas of the house that you require! For example, if you have an upper floor that is not consistently used, you can set the temperature control for that floor differently than the temperature control setting for the first floor.
