I love going to work
I’m not trying to over dramatize how much I love working, that’s just how much I love it
Whenever I am out with friends and work gets brought up it always makes me sad to hear them talk about how much they hate their job. Working at a 9-5 job is the typical thing that adults do when they enter the real world, and it is also where they will spend the majority of their time during the week. Therefore hearing them talk about wishing they were anywhere else but there during all of that is hard for me to hear, especially considering how much I love my job. Ever since I graduated from high school six years ago I have been working as a certified HVAC repair tech for one of the largest and most well known HVAC companies in town. I get paid to help fix and install HVAC units for people who are in need and I honestly wouldn’t want to be doing anything else. I don’t need to drink two or three cups of coffee to get energized in the mornings, and I hardly even have to set an alarm to wake up at 6:30 either. I’m not trying to over dramatize how much I love working, that’s just how much I love it. I’m still relatively new to the HVAC industry however I think I still have some advice that other people can use both old and young. Don’t stop searching for a job that makes you happy and feel passionate about, because once you do find it you will be able to actually get paid to do something you love for a living!
