I adjust the temperature control at work without telling anyone
I believe that this is truly not what I am supposed to do, although I change the temperature control at work a lot without telling anyone.
The reason that this is not a great thing is that I have no authority to change the temperature control without asking anyone. However, I get legitimately uncomfortable at work, and nobody is willing to do anything about it, our boss is legitimately cheap when it comes to the Heating & A/C units. Sure, she will make sure that the Heating & A/C units are working respectfully, and if the Heating & A/C units ever stop working, our boss will pay an Heating & A/C specialist to repair the Heating & A/C units, however that does not mean that she allows us to use the Heating & A/C units respectfully to keep us comfortable! During the summer, every one of us are still moderate in the office even though every one of us have a nice central a/c. At first, I thought that something was wrong with the central a/c or the vent, however when I noticed that the temperature control was set to 78 degrees, I figured it out. During the winter, the heating system doesn’t heat us up legitimately well, and every one of us have to wear overcoats to work. Occasionally, if I am feeling legitimately uncomfortable, I will sneak over to the temperature control and change the temperature. I believe that I could easily get into a lot of trouble by doing this, although I believe that our boss won’t change the temperature control if I ask, so I have to take matters into our own hands. Maybe I should just find a better task instead of where they really use their Heating & A/C units respectfully.
