Don’t do this
I am one who likes to burn incense in the house.
It easily relaxes me and it is also a good destresser. The only drawback of this was something that I found out recently. My local heating and air conditioner specialist was at my apartment doing their official Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tune up and check up for the season, and they mentioned that my air duct needed to be cleaned badly. I was confused as I just had cleaned the air duct a few months earlier. It was then the heating and air conditioner specialist mentioned to me that it was all because of me always burning my incense in the house. What it did was clog up the air duct of the central heating and air conditioner method causing bad indoor air quality. I had no idea! The heating and cooling specialist said that it was no strange than smoking cigarettes in the house. This made me rethink my love for burning incense in the house. As much as I love it, I do not want my indoor air quality to suffer and I do not want to clog up the air duct or the air ducts of my central heating and air conditioner method because of it. I thanked the certified heating and air conditioner specialist for alerting me to this big mistake I had been making in my apartment by burning the incense. I will have to have to find another form of relaxation in my beach house in order to keep things good. Maybe I will invest in some kind of a fireplace. That would be nice!
