Baking in the summer
Running both the portable air conditioning system and the central air conditioning system at the same time while doing the baking in the small oven makes it so that the kitchen stays cool.
I don’t know about you, but me and my wife love baking cookies in the summer. That is not the best time of the year to be doing this because of the hot summer sun and heat. Most people bake cookies at the holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving. Although we do that as well, the summer is really our major baking time. How do we accomplish this without turning the house into an inferno you may be wondering? Well, first off we have a convection oven that we do the baking in. This makes it so that we do not have to turn on the huge stove oven that we would use in the winter and fall months of the year. The other things is we have a great portable air conditioning system running which compliments the central air conditioning system. If it wasn’t for portable air conditioning, I am not sure if we would be able to pull this off at all. We didn’t have a portable air conditioning system until a few years ago when we realised that the kitchen was just getting too hot during all this baking. We found out about using portable air conditioning systems in the kitchen through a little bit of internet research. And it was the best thing we ever discovered when it came to heating and air conditioning products!
