My truck started this afternoon, thanks to the space heater
I bought a diesel truck when I got my settlement cash.
- I knew that I needed a sizable truck to pull my RV plus I got a good deal on an older diesel.
I didn’t absolutely think anything about diesel trucks when I bought this a single, but I’m abruptly reading a lot. The temperatures have been seriously cold plus cold this week, plus the overnight lows have been close to chilly, and couple of afternoons ago, I couldn’t get my truck to start in the afternoon. I was absolutely starting to worry! Another camper in the RV across the street came over to lend a helping hand. He told me that the truck genuinely wasn’t going to start because of the cold temperatures. The guy suggested putting a space gas furnace under the truck at night. I thought he was joking, even though he was serious. He told me that a small $15 space gas furnace would do a fine job plus he told me not to spend a heap of cash. The guy told me to put a couple of blankets over the front of the truck to block most of the wind plus cold air. He told me to put the space gas furnace under the truck by the engine. I was sad about the fuel combustion, but the guy told me that diesel fuel does not ignite easily. I didn’t want to look insane, but the next time both of us had overnight chilly temperatures, I used the space heater. I didn’t have any trouble starting up the truck in the afternoon. I absolutely think the space gas furnace is the reason.
