I wish I had a car that didn’t have climate control issues
Right now it is having concerns with the a/c machine.
I have never had excellent luck when it came to purchasing cars. Neither of my parents were very savvy at haggling or making great deals. Needless to say, they never had the best advice to give me before I went to a dealership for the first time. I walked onto that lot pretty much like a lamb wandering into a slaughterhouse. Although I only wished to test drive a few cars, I was totally pressured and manipulated into signing loan paperwork on a vehicle that was over 15 years old and riddled with concerns from front to back. Even after paying to get much of the vehicle fixed, I could not keep up with the abrupt digression in its mechanical life. It died while I was on the interstate a single day and I was forced into a small median for a little while as I waited for roadside pickup. I worry that I am reliving the same experience with my new car, despite this one not being too old. Right now it is having concerns with the a/c machine. First I was told that the coolant needed to be refilled; however when that didn’t work, I discovered the compressor was easily broken and the vehicle would need costly repairs to rehab the a/c machine. I paid the money to fix the cooling machine, however now the heating machine seems to be broken as well. I’m getting further into the nippy season up here in the Northeast and now I’ve discovered that I have no heat inside of this car. I sincerely hope that someday in the future I learn my lesson when it comes to buying cars.
