I need a new furnace
My old landlord won’t replace the furnace, and it is truthfully frustrating to me, however when I first started renting this apartment, I was sad about the Heating and A/C systems! I had heard some reviews about this home complex, and people warned me again and again that I would have a hard time getting things fixed in this home complex, and however, I wanted to save a little currency, and I knew that this home was more affordable than the other apartments in town, but furthermore, the landlord was a entirely nice guy, and I had a hard time imagining that he would not repair my Heating and A/C units for me.

Right now, my furnace is in bad condition. I have asked the landlord to replace the furnace so that I do not have to worry about the constant breakdowns, however the landlord is not willing. Technically, he doesn’t legally have to replace the furnace since he is handling the repairs, however I cannot rely on my furnace. I have actually had to buy a few space oil heating systems just as a backup since the furnace doesn’t task typically. I hope that he decides to replace the furnace eventually because I can’t keep residing care about this.
