She told me if I had any questions; she would be glad to answer them for me
Last year I purchased a new portable air purifier. From the day I bought it & brought it home, it has never operated. I tried taking the air purifier back to the store, but because of the virus scare, the store was closed. I have always believed in purchasing local & buying from small companies. This time, it bit me back. I was stuck with an air cleaner that didn’t operate. I undoubtedly wanted air purification, especially now that every one of us had this sickness going around. I was hoping to have a way to keep the bacteria & virus out of my indoor air. I was out of luck with this. I phoned the Heating & A/C corporation to see if there was a way for them to install a UV air purification plan into the Heating & A/C for me. She told me that as long as every one of us kept with social distancing, she would not have an issue with that. The Heating & A/C serviceman showed up with a mask on & she was really careful not to get too close to me. She suddenly set up the UV air cleaner, & she showed me how it worked. She told me if I had any questions; she would be glad to answer them for me. I undoubtedly didn’t notice a lot of change in my air quality, but I did note that the air smelled fresher. I wish she would have taken my old one with her when she left.
