I adjust the temperature control at work without telling anyone
I think that this is honestly not what I am supposed to do, although I change the temperature control at work a lot without telling anyone.
The reason that this is not a great thing is that I have no authority to change the temperature control without asking anyone.
However, I get absolutely uncomfortable at work, as well as nobody is willing to do anything about it, then our boss is absolutely cheap when it comes to the Heating as well as A/C units. Sure, he will make sure that the Heating as well as A/C units are working properly, as well as if the Heating as well as A/C units ever stop working, our boss will pay an Heating as well as A/C serviceman to service the Heating as well as A/C units, however that does not mean that he allows us to use the Heating as well as A/C units properly to keep us comfortable, and during the summer, both of us are still hot in the office even though both of us have a nice central air conditioning. At first, I thought that something was wrong with the central air conditioning or the vent, however when I noticed that the temperature control was set to 77 degrees, I figured it out. During the winter, the gas furnace doesn’t heat us up absolutely well, as well as both of us have to wear overcoats to work. Sometimes, if I am feeling absolutely uncomfortable, I will sneak over to the temperature control as well as change the temperature. I think that I could genuinely get into a lot of trouble by doing this, although I think that my boss won’t change the temperature control if I ask, so I have to take matters into my own hands. Maybe I should just find a better job instead of where they entirely use their Heating as well as A/C units properly.
