Fixing the connection
I have been getting really annoyed with my wifi thermostat as of lately.
It seems to have some kind of issue with the thermostat reacting with the cell phone app.
I could not for the life of me figure out what was going on with it. I finally decided to call the local heating and air conditioning repair company and ask them if they had any clue. I was not at that point going to schedule an HVAC repair appointment if it was something simple that I could possibly fix myself. The people at the heating and air conditioning repair company asked me some questions and then helped me figure out what was going on! I did not let them know that I knew at that point, I just let them continue on and lied to them saying i’d call back to schedule the heating and air conditioning repair appointment. I did not want to let them know that they just gave me free HVAC repair advise. So it turned out that my smart phone was not configured correctly all this time! When i first bought the wifi thermostat I hit a few buttons wrong, and that is why I had been having all these connection problems. I went right into my smart phone and knew exactly what to press and what to do in order to fix the connection issue with my wifi thermostat. The wifi thermostat was then fully and finally working perfectly again once I did this. I was so glad I was slick in my phone call to the heating and air conditioning repair company.
