Not cheerful with furnace repair

Last week, I noticed that a single of the zones in my home had no heat coming from the vents. I fiddled with the thermostat however couldn’t get it to work. Since it’s the middle of December and there was a blizzard on the way, I decided it best to call for repairs immediately. I managed to get an appointment for the following day. The repairman showed up right on time and spent less than thirty minutes laboring on the furnace, however he told myself and others everything was all fixed and presented myself and others with a considerable bill for his services. I checked and there seemed to be moderate air flowing from the vents, so I paid the service bill. Within more than one hours, my entire heating idea shutdown and wouldn’t start back up. I tried everything and finally had to call the Heating, Ventilation and A/C business back. He was unable to return until the following afternoon. I then went without heat overnight. I was really thankful for my heated blanket. With the outdoor temperature dropping down into the teens, the home became uncomfortably chilly really suddenly. When the Heating, Ventilation and A/C serviceman returned to inspect the furnace, he discovered a faulty part that needed to be updated. Since he had to order the part, I went without heat for another night. I also needed to interrupt my workday more than two afternoons in a row to meet with the serviceman; For each appointment, he failed to take off his shoes and tracked dirty through my house, making a mess for myself and others to clean up. I was really unhappy with the level of service gave by this Heating, Ventilation and A/C business.
