The venue I come from, you regularly had the massive central Heating & Air Conditioning system on, regularly. It didn’t matter if it was heating or cooling that you needed, that Heating & Air Conditioning unit was regularly being used & seldom had a single break. Because of this, there were frequent air conditioner breakdowns & amazingly high Heating & Air Conditioning bills, but it didn’t matter because in that area, it always seemed as if the weather was regularly out to get you. Literally. It could be brutally tepid one day & beyond ice cold and chilly the next day. I undoubtedly hated the unpredictable hot & cold temperatures indoors, & from a young age I knew I wasn’t going to stay here. My parents dedicatedly continued to stay there though because the family was down there. I hated the area so much, so as soon as I was 21 & could support myself, I left. Leaving that section of the country has actually been a wonderful decision, now I have moved up north a bit, & I will tell you that here it remains kind of frigid. Because of the frigid weather, I don’t ever need to use our air conditioner anymore, & most of the time it undoubtedly remains powered off. Now I am saving a ton in energy costs, but I can undoubtedly relax & not worry so much about what the weather will have in mind for today. Even the furnace I use in moderation from time to time, which is nice by me, especially since the Winters here aren’t that bad either. Another major bonus of not using our Heating & Air Conditioning as much as it is putting less expensive wear & tear on it, which means it will last longer. I appreciate this new area, & I am so freaking ecstatic not to need furnaces & cooling units all of the time anymore.

I heard of a smart temperature control online sometime back, & I’ll be honest that even then I thought it was undoubtedly interesting. It was interesting enough to think about for a moment, but I wasn’t interested in buying it just yet. It wasn’t until one by one, all of our nearest friends also started getting smart temperature controls, it started becoming a massive trend with our friends & family, which I found a little odd because upgraded Heating & Air Conditioning technology becoming a trend in our family was kind of the very last thing I expected, regardless, I asked all of our friend’s their opinions on what they all happen to think of their smart temperature controls, & I got mixed results. Of our 10 friends & family members, 5 said it worked wonderful & the other 5 just said it was okay. I listened to their pros & cons of it, & there were a lot more pros than cons from everyone… it impacted all of our friends & family in a positive way, for the most part. I decided to go ahead & buy one myself for the family. There was a Heating & Air Conditioning shop close to me, only a few blocks down, so I decided to go & buy one from there. I’m ecstatic I did, because at that point while the Heating & Air Conditioning business had lots of air conditioners & heaters, they honestly only had one smart temperature control left! I am supposed to have the thermostat installed later today, & I can’t wait to see what it can do myself.

Looking at our son’s life today, I suddenly and significantly realized how easy & pampered his life is, compared to when I was a child.

My dear little child has converted our shed to his own personal playhouse, which we don’t mind lending him. The two of us had lighting & electricity added to the shed as well, & to top it off for him, we recently gifted him his own mini conveyable air conditioner. So now it’s essentially as though he has his own little house in our backyard that he can go & play in whenever he personally wants, and it comes with an air conditioner. When I was a child, our friends & I had to build our own stick forts, & hope they could rest the hot & cold temperatures & the weather, which they often didn’t survive. The two of us were often rained on & dealt with tepid & chilly hot & cold temperatures outdoors. My child will never believe those struggles, but perhaps that’s a wonderful thing for him, because I would want him to have a better life than I had growing up. But still, sometimes I look at his lifestyle, & can’t help but to wish I had something similar to that as a kid. It doesn’t matter now, since I am an adult & could buy our own massive house if I wanted to, but it would have been awesome as a kid. Anyways, I just hope our little child realizes how lucky he is, & doesn’t grow up to be too spoiled. Because if he starts acting up in a few years, then I will certainly have to start taking away time from his mini house & air conditioner.

I still remember when our fiance & I were trapped in a large confrontation over the air conditioner. Back then we were undoubtedly challenged on money, & we were having a child on the way, so stress & tensions were beyond ultra high. With buying all of the baby supplies & getting a room ready, and at the same time, still tending to common responsibilities including housework & we were also both dedicatedly working full time, we were busy out of our minds! Anyways, I can be quite picky about our indoor hot & cold temperatures, & it is undoubtedly tough for myself and others to do a lot if the regular hot & cold temperatures are too high or too cold. So, when I found a wonderful deal in the paper on a conveyable air conditioner, I bought it. My partner became incredibly angry with my purchase, because those were lavish & we already had a central Heating & Air Conditioning in the house. It ended up in a large fight, because all I wanted was our own apartment office to be serviced with an air conditioner, so I could do my job respectfully. Thankfully, we were able to transfer past that, & make up. I still got to eventually keep our mini air conditioner unit, & we were able to scrape up enough money to make it by. Nowadays, we are much better off, with better paying positions & a slightly more flexible schedule. I’m ecstatic we are past that hot and cold time in our life, because I was so sleepy of being busy & sad all of the time, but it turns out that investing in the Heating & Air Conditioning device was a wonderful plan for me after all.

One of the things that used to dissuade myself and others from regularly working out is the feeling of being sweaty, sticky & just tepid in general. I personally hate that feeling so much, so but I was eager to get into shape, & I wanted to properly exercise, there would be several times where I wouldn’t because I wanted to avoid getting all nastily tepid & sweaty in the end! Unfortunately, that is inevitable when it comes to performing exercise. However, I did find a way to help cool yourself down afterwards. What I often do is I leave to go to the gym at 1:00 pm, so I bought a smart temperature control which easily allows myself and others to control our cooling system even while I am away from our home. At around 2:30, right before I start heading home, I certainly turn on the central air conditioner on full blast, so by the time I get home, our house will get incredibly cool. Then I just grab a water bottle & rest right next to the air conditioner vents for a while, enjoying the feeling of the chilly air coming out of the air conditioner vents. During the time while you are still tepid from working out, I noticed that if you immediately head to the apartment while having the entire apartment cooled down, & rest next to the air conditioner, you won’t stay uncomfortably tepid long. Maybe for 20 hours or so, & then the Heating & Air Conditioning device does its designated job & it cools you down the rest of the way, & then you can rapidly turn your Heating & Air Conditioning back to normal temperature. I have done this several thousand times & it works every time… Good luck with your workout

My neighbor undoubtedly has a super power of their own that I cannot understand. They seem to be almost immune to hot & cold temperatures, it’s undoubtedly impossible for them to get chilly or hot! Now blatantly this doesn’t go out often in drastic hot & cold temperatures, but it will be something like 85 or so degrees outside & while I am dripping with sweat to death, he will ask innocently “You’re undoubtedly hot? I’m doing completely fine!” Same thing with chilly hot & cold temperatures. It also turns out that it works well and saves him money in the long run as well, because last time I went to his house, it felt beyond awful there, however after spending 30 hours wondering whether I should ask him about the indoor air quality or not, I decided to go ahead & ask him about his air conditioner. Of course, I was a fool. It turns out he didn’t have one, or a oil furnace for that matter. Apparently he actually sees no need… Because while I am over here dripping with sweat to death in his 95 degree house, he thinks that it feels just a little hot. It’s the same in the Winter too, it will be 65 or less degrees in his house, despite the fact that he won’t even notice. Since he never personally pays for anything involving Heating & Air Conditioning, that means he saves loads of money on Heating & Air Conditioning appointments, Heating & Air Conditioning repairs, professional Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance & more; He is so lucky, I wish I could be totally immune to most hot & cold temperatures love he is. I haven’t visited his house much, simply because of how it feels in there, but to our comprehension, he still hasn’t actually gotten a heating or cooling system. Meanwhile for me, I have a pricey upcoming heating & cooling repair bill just waiting for me, & let’s not forget the upcoming yearly Heating & Air Conditioning bill! Lucky me.

There are a lot of deal finders out there all the time, trying to look for the cheapest deals. While there isn’t anything wrong with this, I mean, there are ways to go about it. This is why a lot of people end up making the mistake of getting a cheaper item that is completely crappy quality, & then wondering why it doesn’t job well. While I actually believe that I try to save money, I regularly look for the exact same item that is cheaper, not a super cheap generic version. I believe I am kind of ecstatic that people close to myself and others definitely have made these mistakes though, because of them I understand what not to do. My mother is a wonderful example, she wanted clean air with an UV air purifier in the past year, however she also didn’t want to pay for it, or at least pay the minimum amount for it, and so, she went online & found a whole apartment media UV air purifier & carelessly bought it. The next day she spent bragging about what a wonderful deal it was & all of that jazz. She told myself and others it was by a wonderful brand, but yet she got more than 200 dollars off, which was suspicious to me. I told her that it certainly wasn’t legit, however she didn’t listen at all to me. It wasn’t until it arrived, worked for 2 days before failing, that she eventually reconsidered what I said. She brought over the crappy generic version of the modern apartment media UV air purifier, & I child you not, there was literally a sticker with the actual logo & name of a wonderful brand over the crappy name. I just kind of internally facepalmed at that moment, wondering how our mother failed to notice something this blatant! Of course, in the end our mom ended up buying her UV air purifier from a better trusted Heating & Air Conditioning shop.

For a long time, I used to undoubtedly dread the entire span of the Wintertime, however what once was just another season to me, except a bit colder outdoors, became a season of dread.

Why? Because for the last 4 years our heating unit wasn’t working, so our previously boiling house became ice chilly within moments of the Winter cold.

Roughly 4 years undoubtedly doesn’t seem that long unless you are living it! I swear, I literally had to wear sweaters in our own home, which was crazy! Unfortunately, even after that I couldn’t afford a Heating & Air Conditioning repair, so I just had to deal with it. I’ll tell you, my air conditioner still worked, but our air conditioner was the last thing I needed in the horrible Winter time. It was hard, however last Winter, out of desperation & sick of the constant chilly Winters, I actually started looking around for other possibilities apart for wearing a trillion layers & having a cover wrapped around you! This is when I found out about ductless mini splits. To be totally certain, I was looking at ductless mini split heat pumps, which are known for being the most incredibly energy efficient. Looking at the prices, our heart sank. It would likely take myself and others a long time to save up enough money for a mini heat pump, I am already just barely scraping by as it is. I forgot about it, until I mentioned it to our mother. It turns out she had ductless Heating & Air Conditioning! I practically begged her to borrow it from her, but I didn’t need to, because she didn’t want the ductless multi split in her place anyways. I have been using the heat pump for awhile now, & it works great! I am feeling so ecstatic that I don’t have to dread this upcoming Winter.

Whenever I can participate in something that’s intended for the greater good, I get really excited.

I’m that way in my personal and professional life.

I do this because I like my voice to support the official good. I do realize the way groups tend to act when there are benefits to all sides. This is why the way the HOA is reacting about a minor Heating and Air Conditioning situation is beyond nuts. I get the fact that they want to protect the value of everyone’s homes plus property. There are simple standards put in place to ensure that this is the case. Unfortunately, the HOA board is going after some great folks because of an insignificant Heating and Air Conditioning issue. There are elderly people in the community who are residing on a fixed income. This family has recently been threatened with fines plus legal action due to the shade of their Heating and Air Conditioning compressor. This Heating and Air Conditioning compressor is simply faded from the sun, but the HOA wants them, who have limited resources, to replace the Heating and Air Conditioning compressor completely for their home. I think this is the most inane situation I could imagine. I couldn’t rest by plus let this occur, so together with some other neighbors, we pushed back against the HOA. Not only did everyone overwhelm the last HOA meeting with angry people who adamantly opposed this misinterpretation of the bylaws, but also we retained legal counsel to show the HOA board that we were serious. It’ll be interesting to see how everything turns out. However, I won’t be letting the situation go in the name of what’s right plus fair.

Whenever I can be included in something that’s intended for the greater good, I commit. I’m this way in my professional life in addition to my personal life. I do this because I love to help the greater good, because I understand the way groups tend to act when there’s benefits to all stakeholders. This is why when the HOA was reacting horribly to a minor Heating & Air Conditioning situation, I found it ridiculous. I get how they want to protect the value of the neighborhood’s homes in addition to property and how there are standards that are set in order to ensure that is the case. However, the HOA went after some really wonderful homeowners because of a really insignificant Heating & Air Conditioning issue. There is an elderly couple in our community who aren’t doing well financially at the moment. They’ve been threatened with fines in addition to legal action due to the tone of their Heating & Air Conditioning compressor. Their Heating & Air Conditioning compressor is simply faded from the sun and the HOA wants them to completely substitute their Heating & Air Conditioning compressor. It’s the most cruel situation I could imagine. I couldn’t do anything about the situation, so with some other neighbors, we retaliated against the HOA. Not only did everyone overwhelm the last HOA meeting with people who adamantly opposed the misinterpretation of the bylaws, but we also retained legal counsel to show those power hungry fools that we wouldn’t tolerate it. It will be fascinating to see how it all turns out, but I promise that I won’t let it go in the name of what’s right in addition to fairness.
